3.1 Age Requirement. The 988wim Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 988wim enforces age verification as part of the KYC process and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. All funds held in such an account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Account Holder to ensure that their use of the 988wim Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 988wim makes no representation that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and 988wim accepts no liability in respect of any such access.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one active 988wim account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by CNIC number, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 988wim reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any funds therein pending investigation.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. 988wim accounts are personal to the registered Account Holder and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or made available to any third party under any circumstances.
Warning: Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.1 KYC Verification. 988wim is required to verify the identity of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a legible copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in account restriction.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your 988wim account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 988wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your 988wim account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 988wim customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 988wim will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 988wim reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing thirty days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. Account Holders may request closure of their 988wim account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Account Holder's verified payment method subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 988wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Account Holder's 988wim balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations for the applicable blockchain.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Account Holders are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals are processed within one business day. 988wim does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 988wim account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or pending wagering requirement fulfilment on any active bonus.
5.5 Currency. All 988wim account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied by 988wim for PKR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 988wim maintains procedures to detect and prevent money laundering. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account Holder's own name. 988wim reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds and to delay or refuse withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any enhanced due diligence review.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by 988wim are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time each promotion is published. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game contribution percentages are stated in the promotion terms. Wagers placed in certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling a wagering requirement.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 988wim monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, hedging bets across multiple outcomes to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, 988wim reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, or close the account.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins. Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that remain unclaimed or unused after the promotional validity period has expired will be automatically removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 988wim Platform operates according to its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Account Holders are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. 988wim accepts no responsibility for wagers placed by players who have not read or understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets on 988wim — including cricket, PSL, badminton, and all other available sports — are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. These rules address matters including settlement methodology, void bet criteria, live betting procedures, and maximum payout limits per event. In the event of any ambiguity in market description or outcome, 988wim's decision on settlement shall be final.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. 988wim reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion. This includes bets placed after an event has commenced where the relevant market should have been suspended, bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, and bets that 988wim has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 Manifest Errors. In the event that a game result, payout, odds quotation, or any other element of the Platform contains a manifest error or technical malfunction, 988wim reserves the right to void the affected wagers and reinstate the Account Holder's stake. 988wim will not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from a manifest error.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing and may vary by game type, account tier, and ongoing promotional conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988wim Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the 988wim Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface design, and proprietary algorithms, is the intellectual property of 988wim or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence. 988wim grants Account Holders a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Account Holders have no rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through the 988wim Platform.

12.1 Platform Availability. 988wim endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events. 988wim will not be liable for any loss of winnings, opportunity, or data arising from periods of Platform unavailability.
12.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wim's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. 988wim shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 988wim has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.4 Third-Party Services. 988wim is not liable for the performance, availability, or content of third-party payment processors, game providers, or any other third-party services integrated into the Platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be pursued directly with the relevant provider.
13.1 Termination by 988wim. 988wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account Holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach, 988wim may void all pending and unsettled wagers, withhold any balance pending investigation, and recover any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as closure at the Account Holder's own request — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account Holder's registered payment method.
13.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.
988wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to active Account Holders via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification no fewer than seven days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address legal, regulatory, or security matters.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international licensing standards and regulatory framework under which 988wim operates. Where a dispute involves a Pakistani Account Holder's consumer rights, applicable Pakistani consumer protection principles will be considered in good faith.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 988wim, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. 15.3 Formal Disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, Account Holders may escalate the matter in writing to the 988wim compliance team. 988wim will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen business days. All formal dispute correspondence should reference your account number and provide full details of the matter in dispute.
15.4 Betting Disputes. All decisions made by 988wim in respect of the settlement of bets and game rounds are final and binding, except where a manifest error is demonstrated. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within thirty days of the relevant event settlement date. No claim will be considered after this period.
